Lilit Tarkhanyan joined the Nexia Armenia team in July 2026 as an HR Specialist/Administrative Assistant.

Before joining Nexia Armenia, she gained professional experience at the Simonyan Educational Foundation.

In 2021, she was admitted to the Faculty of Social Sciences and Service at Brusov State University and graduated in 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
