Arsen Nazaryan

Arsen Nazaryan is a seasoned corporate governance and ESG advisor with more than 25 years of experience across public institutions, international organizations, and the private sector. His work focuses on helping companies transition toward transparent, resilient, and sustainability‑driven business models, while contributing to regulatory reforms and the adoption of global standards in Armenia and the region.

As Partner and Head of Advisory Services at Nexia Armenia CJSC, Arsen leads the firm’s ESG and sustainability practice, guiding organizations in integrating responsible governance, climate‑related risk management, and long‑term value creation into their strategic agendas. He is also a co‑founder of the Green Growth Alliance (GGA), promoting Armenia’s shift toward a greener, more inclusive economy.

Alongside his advisory work, Arsen lectures on Sustainable Development, ESG, and Corporate Governance at Eurasia International University, shaping the next generation of sustainability and governance professionals. He is an active author on green finance, greenwashing, corporate culture, and ESG risk, contributing thought leadership to Armenia’s evolving sustainability ecosystem.
